About the Position

E&Z Optimal Detail & Paintless Dent Repair Inc. is seeking an experienced Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician to join our team for a temporary 6–12 month term. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality PDR repairs on hail-damaged and customer vehicles while maintaining professional workmanship and productivity standards.

Responsibilities

Perform Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) on vehicles damaged by hail, door dings, and minor dents.
Assess vehicle damage and determine repair feasibility.
Maintain repair quality standards and meet production targets.
Communicate repair recommendations and limitations when necessary.
Ensure vehicles are handled safely and professionally.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow company safety procedures and quality control standards.

Qualifications

Minimum 1–2 years of professional PDR experience.
Ability to repair a wide range of dent sizes and complexities.
Experience with hail damage repairs is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license required.

Compensation

$25.00–$32.00 per hour, depending on experience and production capability.
Highly productive hail technicians with extensive experience may be considered for higher compensation.
